Hello! Please read my review on the570directory.com!!!! I recently had a terrible, awful experience at MED PLUS in Wilkes-Barre and will continue to post things everywhere I can until this situation is rectified! I have contacted the store, spoke with the manager and even wrote a letter to the BBB. I have posted on facebook twitter, and have sent emails to all of my friends and asked them to pass the news to all of their friends as well! How dare someone be so rude and demeaning! What happened to 'THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT!'. I am DISGUSTED by the actions of the manager and the store in general over a $40 pair of shoes. I am a SINGLE mother who makes less than $9.00 an hour and goes to school part time and spends over 10 hours a day on my feet. UGH! Dont shop at MED PLUS at the PINE MALL or ANYWHERE ELSE. What a terrible place.
