There is a large unfinished addition which I currently use as a wood shop and storage, and I can make this available to you as well.. it is attached to the main house either through the first floor bedroom, which I now use as my office (I am a building contractor) or from the porch. It would be a perfect 3 season artists studio, crafters shop, small business staging area, lots of potential uses for someone with imagination. There are 9 acres all inclusive, but mostly mountainside and woods, but there is plenty of outside storage area for your trailers, boats, campers, RV's, snowmobiles, etc... plus a bonfire pit for those chilly fall evenings. This is not a "mcmansion" .. it is a wonderfully livable home for a small family who want to enjoy the outdoor experience. You must take care of the lawn and landscaping, and take care of your own snow removal. I can provide both for $200 per month in addition to the base rent.

I am going to do a lot of screening so if you are a borderline case then you should know up front that I am experienced landlord and this is not my first screening tenants. I might work with you if you are going through a foreclosure. I will accept two adults and two children maximum, or some reasonable mix, but I will not overload the property. ABSOLUTELY NO CATS but I will consider one small dog 30 pounds or less, such as a border collie or smaller. Please dont waste my time if you have a german shepard or rotweiler.. also certain dogs are not allowed on my insurance, you know what they are.
